INTERNATIONAL DUTIES

Please note, international orders may be charged customs fees by the destination country’s government.  We have no control over if, and how much you are charged for customs.  We are not responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.  Due to the customs process, delivery times are estimates and may take longer than stated.  International shipping and handling costs are subject to change depending on the size of the order.  All orders will be sent using trackable services.

 

RETURN SHIPPING UP TO 60 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE.

At Underhanded, we stand behind everything we make and want to make sure we take care of you, our customer.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for a full refund or exchange.  Item(s) should be returned new, unused and with all packaging and tags still attached in its original condition.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested and the item(s) must be sent back to us within 60 days of purchase.

 

RECEIVING YOUR RMA NUMBER

Please contact us by email at customercare@underhanded.co to make an RMA request.  Please indicate in the subject line your ORDER NUMBER located on the packing slip.  Please ship the item to the address listed below with a copy of the packing slip and we will process the refund.  Please note we only offer refunds and not exchanges.  Please allow minimum of 21 days for us to process the credit.
